Charles Parker continues to lead IUOE Local 132 in 2026, working with legislators on issues affecting working families and building partnerships with contractors across West Virginia by supplying skilled labor.
Brian Board serves as Training Director of the Apprenticeship Training School, where expanded classes and a new indoor facility support year-round training and help members meet safety and qualification standards.
Local 132 has grown to 3,260 members and continues to expand.
