What Differentiates Us

At Local 132, we are here to fight for you. We are here to bargain on your behalf for competitive benefits, job security, ongoing training, and safe workplaces. And we are here to make your union membership the best value on the market. It is our vision that your membership gives you the ability to say you are “Proud to be Union”.

As a union member, you are a part of a democratic organization which strives for the best for its membership.  Your participation in the union is your voice.  Your voice decides on leadership, who represent and negotiate on your behalf for strong union contracts and helps ensure you receive the wages and benefits that you are entitled.

This website will allow you to see the many benefits you become entitled to as part of IUOE Local 132. If you are new to operating engineers we suggest you begin by reviewing the Apprenticeship Program, or contact us on how to become a Local 132 Union Member.
