As in the past, each dinner/dance will require a $10.00 per couple charge (per dinner/dance) for a member and one guest to insure reservations. Non-member guests may attend for $10.00 per person. There will be a limit on non-member guests to four (4). The money collected will be used for cash drawings. Tickets will not be sent. There will be a check-in desk at each dinner/dance.
If reservations are not made by the dates required, there will be a $20.00 per couple charge (per dinner/dance) for a member and one guest and non-member guests will not be allowed. Smoking is prohibited at all venues.

The Clarksburg Dinner/Dance will be held at the Bridgeport Conference Center on Saturday, December 2, 2023:
Cocktail Hour: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Dinner: 7:30pm
Dance: 9:00pm

After November 24, 2023, price is 20.00 per couple.

The Wingate Hotel is providing 30 rooms to IUOE Local Union 132 for this event at the rate of $99.00 per room. Because of the limited amount of rooms, reservations must be made by November 2, 2023 and will NOT be accepted after this date. Any reservations after this cut off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
