International Union of Operating Engineers Local 132 is required by Federal Law, Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations, part 30, to collect information of the sex, race and ethnic background for persons applying for the Construction Craft Operating Engineers  Apprenticeship Program.  The information will be used to evaluate recruitment and examination methods.  This form will be kept separate from your application and nothing you write on this form will in any way affect your test score or your chances for employment.
