When do I have to retire?

This matter is completely up to you and your Employer.  There is nothing in the Plan which requires that you retire at any time nor is there anything in the Plan which requires that your Employer retain you in his service.

If, however, you cease active employment and are at least age seventy and one-half (70½), the Plan is required by federal law to begin providing you with a pension benefit effective no later than April 1 of the calendar year following your attainment of age seventy and one-half (70½).
