What Benefits are provided by the Plan?

There are three different types of benefits provided by the Plan:

1. Monthly retirement benefits;
2. Non-Vested pre-retirement death benefits; and
3. Severance Benefits

A participant can not qualify for more than one (1) type of benefit from the Plan.
