Effective immediately Governor Jim Justice has mandated mask use when indoors. If you come to one of the halls, please wear a mask or use one of the masks provided by the International. Training Site Updates 5/18/2020
The Pile Driving Session scheduled for June 8-12, 2020 at the IUOE Local 132 Training Site has been cancelled. Please call the Training Site with any questions at (304) 273-4852.
Important Updates 5/14/2020
- Each Union Hall will open on a limited basis, beginning Monday May 18, 2020. We’re asking that there be only 1 person in the lobby at a time.
- Dues can now be taken over the phone at the Charleston Hall by calling (304) 343-7731.
- If you have moved or had an address change, we’re asking that you call in and update your address with the Charleston Hall.
- The training site will offer a limited number of classes please call the training site to sign-up (304) 273-4852.

- NCCCO Practical Exams and Hands-on practice, limit 2 per day.
- Recertifications Monday, Tuesday, Friday limit 2 per day
- New Certificates Wednesday and Thursday, limit 1 per day

Meetings and Education Class Cancelled
Due to the ongoing concerns from COVID-19, Business Manager Charles A. Parker has announced that the Union Meetings scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, 2020 in Charleston, the Wednesday, May 6, 2020 in Glen Dale, and the Friday, May 8, 2020 in Petersburg, as well as the Education Class scheduled for Saturday, May 9, 2020 at the Petersburg Office, have been cancelled. Glen Dale Union Education Class Cancelled
Due to the ongoing concerns from COVID-19, Business Manager Charles A. Parker has announced that the Union Education Class scheduled for Sunday, April 26, 2020 at the Glen Dale Office, has been cancelled. Please contact the Charleston Hall (304) 343-7731 with any questions.

If you receive a call from a company or person claiming to be a representative from Local Union 132, do not give any personal information, including Social Security number, bank account number, credit card information,number, drivers license number, or any other personally identifiable information by phone, in person, by text message, or email.

In compliance with the State of WV, all of our offices will be closed effective March 24, 2020 until further notice. Gov. Justice issues executive order expediting unemployment benefits. Waives one-week waiting period for benefits, and availability for work/actively seeking work requirements. Requires Workforce West Virginia to provide claims filing by phone or Internet.
West Virginians applying for unemployment benefits are being told not to go to a local unemployment office in person but rather to apply online or by telephone at 1-800-252-JOBS, which is 1-800-252-5627.
