The first time you log on you will be required to create a username and your pin number.

After you log on, you will have the ability to do the following:

  • Check total shares by fund

  • Check balances by fund

  • Verify existing investment elections

  • Change investment elections

  • Transfer among funds

  • Detailed information on plan investments

     

To access your account by telephone, call the voice response system at 1-866-258-4777, and provide the following information:

  • Your Social Security Number

  • Your PIN Number

Available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm EST.

If you have lost or forgotten your PIN number, you can call the service center to obtain a temporary PIN via the phone.  You will be required to provide verification of your identity by answering a few questions on a recorded line.  Then you will be provided a temporary PIN number that expires within 24 hours.  When using this temporary PIN number to access your account, you will be prompted to change the PIN to a permanent one of your choosing.

If you are calling the service center without a PIN number, please press 0 to be connected to a customer service representative.

Annuity & Savings Fund

The services provided to you by
Fifth Third Bank will allow you
to call, or log in through the Internet at (website), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  You and only you will be able to access information about your account.  Your privacy will be protected.  When you call or log in, you will need your Access Code, user ID, and user password (this information will be provided to you by US Mail when you become a participant in the Fund).

Effective June 1, 2005 the current Custodian of the Annuity and Savings Fund will be replaced by Fidelity Investments.

In addition, effective January 1, 2008 the new recordkeeper for the Fund is Fifth Third Bank

DEFAULT OPTION
Your balance currently invested in the Fund will automatically transfer into the Stable Fund, Federated Capital Preservation, if you do not choose to make any changes.  However, after June 1, 2005, you will be able to make changes to your account at anytime, at no cost.  In the late May 2005, you will be advised on how you can make changes within your account.
