Click on the member login button shown above in the reference menu to go to the login screen to access your account. The first time you log on you will be required to create a username and your pin number. After you log on, you will have the ability to do the following:
To access your account by telephone, call the voice response system at 1-866-258-4777, and provide the following information:
Available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm EST. If you have lost or forgotten your PIN number, you can call the service center to obtain a temporary PIN via the phone. You will be required to provide verification of your identity by answering a few questions on a recorded line. Then you will be provided a temporary PIN number that expires within 24 hours. When using this temporary PIN number to access your account, you will be prompted to change the PIN to a permanent one of your choosing. If you are calling the service center without a PIN number, please press 0 to be connected to a customer service representative.

DEFAULT OPTION
Your balance currently invested in the Fund will automatically transfer
into the Stable Fund, Federated Capital Preservation, if you do not choose to
make any changes. However, after June 1, 2005, you will be able to make
changes to your account at anytime, at no cost. In the late May 2005, you
will be advised on how you can make changes within your account.
