To access your account by telephone, call the voice response system at 1-877-715-4015, and provide the following information:
Available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm EST. If you have lost or forgotten your PIN number, you can call the service center to obtain a temporary PIN via the phone. You will be required to provide verification of your identity by answering a few questions on a recorded line. Then you will be provided a temporary PIN number that expires within 24 hours. When using this temporary PIN number to access your account, you will be prompted to change the PIN to a permanent one of your choosing. If you are calling the service center without a PIN number, please press 0 to be connected to a customer service representative.

Annuity & Savings FundExciting changes are on the way, effective August 1, 2010, United Bank Wealth Management, headquartered in Charleston, West Virginia, will be appointed record keeper for your plan. The services provided to you by Retirement Plan Service Center will allow you to call, or log in through the Internet at (website), 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You and only you will be able to access information about your account. Your privacy will be protected. When you call or log in, you will need your Access Code, user ID, and user password (this information will be provided to you by US Mail when you become a participant in the Fund). WHAT'S NEW... Effective January 3, 2012, the Harbor International Instl fund (HAINX) was added to your plan, replacing the Artio International Equity fund (BJBIX). The Trustees also added the Vanguard Target Retirement Funds to your investment options. You can review your account balance and make investment election changes online at www.frps.retirementpartner.com or by calling 1-877-715-4015.
