To access your account online:
The first time you log on you will be required to create a username and your pin number.
After you log on, you will have the ability to do the following:
- Check total shares by fund
- Check balances by fund
- Verify existing investment elections
- Change investment elections
- Transfer among funds
- Detailed information on plan investments
To access your account by telephone:
Call the voice response system at 1-800-338-4015, and provide the following information:
- Your Social Security Number
- Your PIN Number
- Available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm EST.
If you have lost or forgotten your PIN number, you can call Empower Retirement to obtain a temporary PIN via the phone. You will be required to provide verification of your identity by answering a few questions on a recorded line. Then you will be provided a temporary PIN number that expires within 24 hours. When using this temporary PIN number to access your account, you will be prompted to change the PIN to a permanent one of your choosing.

Effective November 30, 2015, the Vanguard 500 Index Fund and the Vanguard Total Bond Market Index Funds will be replaced by their Admiral Share classes. The Manning & Napier Pro-Blend Conservative Term Series, Pro-Blend Extended Term Series, Pro-Blend Max Term Series and Pro-Blend Mod Term Series will be replaced by the Vanguard Target Retirement Funds, based on your current age. The Trustee Directed default fund is the age appropriate Vanguard Target Retirement funds for all contributions reported on and after June 1, 2014.

Each Target Retirement fund is a diversified mix of stocks, bonds, and cash that automatically become more conservative over time. Experienced investment professionals carefully select and manage the mix of investments to help you meet your changing needs over time as you near retirement.
You have the ability to direct how all of your contributions are invested. Should you wish to make an investment option election yourself, you can complete a Participant Enrollment form, you can access your account online at www.empower-retirement.com/participant or by calling 1-800-338-4015.
To help you become more familiar with your Fund and the investment options available, the Board of Trustees have arranged for SteelOaks Investment Advisers to prepare and attend an annual Participant Education meeting at each of the Union branch offices. At this meeting they will review the Fund and explain the investment options in detail, along with answering any questions which you may have. The 2019 area meeting locations and dates are shown below:

Annuity & Savings Fund
The services provided to you by Empower Retirement will allow you to call, or log in through the Internet at www.empower-retirement.com/participant, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You and only you will be able to access information about your account. Your privacy will be protected. When you call or log in, you will need your Access Code, user ID, and user password (this information will be provided to you by US Mail when you become a participant in the Fund).

When you become a participant you will have to make some important decisions as to how you want to allocate your assets (meaning the contributions made to the Fund). Asset allocation is important because it helps to diversify your investments and is a powerful strategy for balancing risk and return.
